We are so excited to put together six of our current release wines with matching recipes for you to cook your way through Christmas. We will include the recipe cards in with the box of wines. Stylistically we release our wines after they have had time to develop and get ready in the bottle.

A delicate lighter style elegant wine, very approachable and friendly. Single parcel fruit, vines planted in 2001. We wanted to produce a varietal Cabernet Franc in 2012 to ‘see how’. We are so pleased that we did. 10 months in French barrels.

This is a gorgeous wine, a little leaner sister to the 2008 with 2009 being a slightly cooler season. Our shiraz pairs well with foods with a slight spice to them such as a mild curry or chilli dish.

Made in the same method as Champagne, this Sparkling has had 4.5 years on lees and drinks beautifully. Bubbles are nicely refined. This wine certainly Sparks a lot of attention at all the shows we have participated in this year, one of the favourites.
