SBS vertical tasting 2019, 2016 and 2009 with Colin

Here is this week's vertical tasting with Colin by the Sauvignon Blanc vines planted in 1987.  We have curated a mix six with two bottles of each of the three vintages specially for you - explore how our SBS grows up and develops.

2019 is now balanced and released for its youth and freshness. 

2016 is still a young wine for us at UMAMU, integrated with lots of horsepower.

2009 is just glorious on its own or with food.  It is all grown up and ready to go.
