The showpiece is our cellared Semillon-Sauvignon Blanc 2005. Most Australian SSB wines are made to be enjoyed young – often within the same year of vintage. Our SSB '05 is a rare exception, carefully cellared, it has evolved into something richer, more layered and more food-friendly over time. That extra depth is exactly what lets it stand up to the heat, richness and aromatics you find in great Asian cooking.
Our Chardonnay 2018 is rich and intense to pair with the spices, just the right balance, not too mature that it overpowers. While our MacAnn Cabernets 2019 blend has mellowed with resolved tannins just right to pair with these rich dishes but not so strong to over power.
